Downtown Chaska is more than a place — it’s a connected, collaborative business community built on relationships, shared goals, and a love for our historic downtown.
This workbook is designed to help downtown businesses easily track participation, plan ahead, and stay connected throughout the year. Inside, you’ll find simple, practical tools to note involvement in seasonal events, promotions, and community activities — from summer concerts and family-friendly celebrations to holiday events and small business initiatives.
Whether you participate in every event or just a few that fit your business best, this workbook gives you a clear snapshot of what’s happening downtown and how you can be involved in ways that make sense for you.
Just as important as the events themselves is the community behind them. Downtown Chaska businesses meet monthly on the 2nd Friday of every month from 7:30–9:00 a.m. at Chaska City Hall. These meetings are a space to:
- Share upcoming events and ideas
- Coordinate promotions and participation
- Learn from one another
- Strengthen connections across our downtown business network
Our goal is to keep things organized, transparent, and collaborative, so no one feels overwhelmed and everyone feels welcome.
