Raking leaves (no snow shoveling yet), buying turkey’s and planing your holiday events – make sure to pencil in Saturday December 3rd to help celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Hometown Holiday!
The festivities actually kick off Black Friday with the 12 Days of Christmas in which Downtown Chaska businesses roll out the red carpet with great sales and fun events. Small Business Saturday holds a special place in our heart and allows the magic to continues so make plans to head downtown and shop local!
Hometown Holiday – Schedule of Events
City Square Park springs to life with Holiday cheer, treats and activities all day long!
10 am: Businesses open with sales, events, activities and more!
12 pm: Santa & Mrs Claus arrive!
1 pm: The Reindeer fly in and the historic wagon tours start!
5 pm: The annual lighting of City Square Park followed by caroling with the Nativity animals to St Johns for the Live Nativity
That isn’t all – businesses all around downtown will offer treats, events and activities (from movies to music to story time and shopping) from 12 – 5 pm!
